GUEST INFORMATION

Accounts

Credit cards, personal cheques and travellers cheques, or of course cash are all most welcome.

Dogs

Specific rooms are allocated for families with dags - Please ask for availablity when booking - Owners are responsible for any damage. A charge is made of £4.75 per day.

Arrival & Departure

Rooms are available after 2pm on the day of your arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made. We respectfully request that our guests vacate their room by 10.30am on the day of departure, otherwise an additional charge may be made. We are most happy to assist with the storage of luggage regarding a late departure.

Babysitting

Babysitting requirements can be set up by prior arrangement.

Bedboards and Bedding

Bedboards are available, as are extra blankets, pillows. Please do not hesitate to ask at Reception.

Doctor

In case of illness, a doctor can be contacted at all times via the Reception.

Tea/Coffee

 There are tea & coffee making facilities in your room.

Fax & Photocopying & Emails

Documents may be copied or transmitted by arrangement with Reception.

Fire Precautions

The Fire alarm is tested every Monday at 11.30 am

On hearing the fire alarm, please follow the green EXIT signs to your nearest exit point.

Do not collect personal belongings. Do not return to your room or public areas.

When outside the building please make your way on to the CAR PARK where a roll call will be made to count all guests and staff.

Return to the Inn only after being given the permission by either Kane or Carolynne, senior Fire or Police Officer.

Picnic Lunches

If you are exploring the area, or indeed just wish to have something with you for your journey, then we would be delighted to provide you with a picnic lunch. This can be ordered the day before required, at reception.

Reception

A Receptionist is available from 10.30am - 11.00pm daily. Should any guest wish to make an early departure, we ask that they notify us beforehand in order that the necessary arrangements can be made for the settlement of accounts. There is also overnight cover for your security.

Restaurant & Bar

Breakfast between 8.15am and 9.30am Monday - Sunday & Bank Holidays

Lunch   Monday - Sunday is served between 12noon and 2.00pm

On Sundays we have our famous Tradional Sunday Roast

Dinner    7.00pm - 9.00pm

We are a accompletely Non-Smoking establishment. Our bar provides a friendly atmosphere and is an ideal place to meet before dining, or just to enjoy a relaxing drink.

Room Service

Room Service Menu is available on request. This includes snacks, main courses and beverages and can be supplemented by the dinner menu during the evening. There is no additional charge for Room Service.

Smoking

Articles of value should be deposited at Reception. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in guests rooms or elsewhere in the hotel. May we also advise you not to leave valuables in cars as the hotel is not liable for losses from, or damage to, vehicles in the car park.
